Band: Cordoba Reunion This quartet of four members originate from the of Cordoba, offers to us an album of the more jubilatoires with a tinted jazz of folklore by musicians of exception: Minino Garay, percussion - Javier Girotto, sax - Carlos "Tero" Buschini, bass - Gerardo di Giusto, piano.
An original music written and arranged by them where most enthralling of the Argentinian rhythms: tango, zamba, chacarera, milonga, chaya, mixes with the fascination of the free expression.
The improvisation, the experimentation of the sounds and rhythmic vitality, the so-called contamination, are fundamental elements all.
Thus, the old one and the new one create intense moments, in charge of images where the folklore and the jazz meet, to traverse the same way, that which comes from a long tradition but which is projected constantly towards the future.
Cordoba Reunion share the scene with Anga Diaz, Luis Agudo, Antonello Salis, Tiziana Ghiglioni, Enrico Rava, and much others.
In this album, they treat to the luxury to have for guest the singer Mercedes Sosa and the guitarist Colacho Brizuela.
