This Cd proposes the last recordings made by the orchestra for label RCA Victor.

We enjoy to listen the voices of Julio Sosa, of Alberto Podesta and those less known of the Uruguyan Pablo Moreno or Hector Montes.

This formation, which wrote a very important page of the tango history, had recognized quality of the orchestration it was produced.

Between 1946 and 1955 they recorded 118 pieces. The repertory of this Cd is thus in the heart of the brilliant career they knew.

The two leaders, the bandoneonist Armando Pontier and the violonist Enrique Mario Francini, were accompaigned by excellent musicians: N Paracino, A. Aguilar, J. J. Paz, F Cabarcos....

This orchestra proposes a tango for the lovers of this music; with quality joint the success of the sound of the unit, arrangements which enrich certain tangos and the released emotion which supports and pushes the dancers.
