The Belgian photographer Philippe Debroe joined the Finnish photographer Ari Ellert to finalize the project Tangon Kotimaa literally (: fatherland of the tango!).

Together, the summer 2003, they furrowed Finland with the research of the spirit of the Finnish tango, in particular in several houses of dance (Tanssilavat) and with the great festival of song tango organized annually in Raisio and Seinäjoki.
